We proudly present the laser marking station we have created!

 

 

 

 


The rotary table with 3 slots on each half

enabled the marking of 3 valves on 3 planes in a single operation.

 

Simultaneously, during marking on one half of the table,

unloading and loading of the next parts for marking takes place on the other half.

 

The implemented solution has significantly improved production efficiency...

 

We have made every effort to also enhance the operation and control of the device.

 

 

 

To achieve this, we equipped the station with:

 

• an electronic height position indicator for the marker,

• a viewer,

• a signal light indicating the progress and completion of the marking process,

• internal lighting within the station,

• sensors for detecting the presence of parts on the station, and

• a connection point for an air extraction system.
